This week, 82 students from Broward County Acceleration Academies in Fort Lauderdale participated in the school’s first-ever graduation ceremony, marking a historic milestone for a program specifically designed to support students who need a more flexible and personalized path to success.
Family members, friends, educators, and community leaders gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of these graduates, many of whom faced academic, personal, or family challenges that made it difficult to thrive in conventional school environments.
